My friend, Sheila, is currently in her last year of medical school. Soon she'll be doing residency and before we know it she'll be a doctor! It is incredible how quickly time goes by. I first met Sheila in college. In our last year of school we were roommates. She is such a sweet and genuine person, with a great sense of humor-aka my kinda people. We always have a blast together. I asked her if I could take her portrait in her parent's gorgeous home. I wanted to capture the aspects of her life which she considers to be most significant and meaningful. We talked about her career, her family and friends, her adorable dog, Leo, and Judaism.
